MEPTEC had been appointed by Scentre Group to provide service dilapidation reports across multiple Westfield locations.
MEPTEC Engineers were engaged by Australian Venue Co. to provide comprehensive building services dilapidation reports—covering Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, and Hydraulic services—for a portfolio of hospitality venues. As part of this assessment, recommendations were made to the client for necessary service upgrades and replacements to bring systems up to current standards and improve operational efficiency.
