MEPTEC Engineers were engaged to deliver comprehensive building services design for the redevelopment of 51 Kingston Road, including the construction of a brand-new Indoor Play Centre.
As part of the project, MEPTEC was also appointed to undertake the fit-out for the Area 51 Indoor Play Centre and night markets—one of Australia’s largest indoor family entertainment venues.
Our scope of works included:
Installation of a new padmount transformer
Design of a new main switch room
Sprinkler system downgrade from ESFR to quick response heads
Complete power and lighting layout design

MEPTEC Engineers were engaged to deliver comprehensive building services design for the redevelopment of 101 Hume Road, Bundamba, including the construction of a new state-of-the-art Indoor Play Centre.
Our scope encompassed the full suite of building services, tailored to meet the specific needs of a high-capacity recreational facility—ensuring safety, functionality, and seamless integration across all mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
We were further engaged to complete the fitout of the indoor playcentre
Palm Beach Aquatic Centre

The Palm Beach Aquatic Centre is undergoing a major redevelopment to upgrade its facilities, including expanded warm water program and learn-to-swim pools, a new fitness centre, and a 25-metre heated outdoor pool. The project also features a brand-new community hub with a multipurpose hall, meeting rooms, dance studio, crèche, and café.
MEPTEC Engineers were appointed to provide detailed construction drawings to support the delivery of this modern, community-focused facility, set to open in mid-2024.
