Artesian Restaurant

One of Fortitude Valley’s most iconic heritage buildings is undergoing a sophisticated transformation. Behind its heritage-listed façade, the former GPO building is being revitalised into a three-level hospitality precinct by Artesian Group. The development will feature TAMA, an elevated restaurant spanning the ground and mezzanine levels, The Gatsby on the upper floor, and The Tax Office, a luxurious lounge experience.
MEPTEC Engineers were appointed to deliver mechanical design and construction documentation supporting the complex building services integration behind the historical structure.
Additionally, MEPTEC was engaged to provide comprehensive electrical design services for the high-end venue fit-outs.

Under new management, The Manly Hotel is set to undergo a series of renovations aimed at restoring the iconic venue to its former glory.
MEPTEC Engineers were appointed to deliver Mechanical Design Engineering Services for the refurbishment of the Ground Floor, supporting the transformation of the hotel’s hospitality spaces.
Following the successful completion of this stage, MEPTEC has now been re-engaged to provide mechanical design services for the next phase: the accommodation refurbishment works on Level 1.
East Leagues Club
