Radia is an exclusive collection of 38 luxury residences positioned on the iconic Rainbow Bay headland, offering uninterrupted 360-degree views across the Queensland and New South Wales coastline. Designed by Cottee Parker and developed by S&S Projects, the development sets a new benchmark for premium coastal living through its contemporary architecture, exceptional amenity and seamless integration with its unique beachfront location.
MEPTEC was engaged to provide the Mechanical Services for the development, delivering efficient and innovative HVAC solutions tailored to the project's luxury residential requirements.
In addition, MEPTEC led the multidisciplinary clash coordination process, ensuring seamless integration of building services and improving constructability throughout the design and documentation phases.

3464 Main Beach Parade is a landmark luxury residential development proposed for one of the Gold Coast's most prestigious beachfront sites. The striking 40-storey tower will comprise 93 premium residences, with contemporary architecture designed to maximise panoramic ocean views, exceptional resident amenities and an elevated coastal lifestyle, creating a new gateway to Main Beach.
