Lily is a striking 32-level residential tower, set opposite Nikiforides Family Park and beside sister development Marella. It features 98 spacious 2- and 3-bedroom residences, including Mosaic’s Masterpiece Series Sky Homes.
Light-filled interiors with floor-to-ceiling glazing, extended ceilings, and generous balconies offer panoramic ocean views and refined coastal living.
Resort-style amenities include a pool, spa, steam and sauna rooms, gym, BBQ areas, and a top-floor Residents' Lounge with kitchen, dining, library, and workspaces. MEPTEC collaborated to deliver full mechanical and electrical services design and construct documentation.

Mosaic collaborated with internationally acclaimed Koichi Takada Architects to create a landmark collection of ultra-luxury penthouse-style residences and Sky Homes, inspired by Burleigh Heads’ breathtaking natural beauty and organic coastal surrounds.
Spanning up to 482m² on a single level, each residence features meticulously crafted interiors, ultra-premium materials, and bespoke finishes that balance elegance with functionality—redefining coastal luxury.
