CLT - Barton

Designed by Stewart Architecture, this landmark development marks Canberra’s first cross-laminated timber (CLT) office building—a six-storey structure located within a dynamic precinct of next-generation workplaces.
MEPTEC Engineers were appointed to deliver contractor-level engineering checks and produce detailed 3D Revit construction drawings, supporting the successful delivery of this innovative and sustainable commercial project.
Zupp Drive, Ormeau

MEPTEC was engaged to collaborate closely with mechanical contractors in delivering comprehensive Workshop Drawings for several commercial buildings along Zupp Drive, Ormeau.
Our involvement included the preparation of fully coordinated mechanical services drawings to support construction and installation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless integration on site. In addition, MEPTEC completed multiple commercial fit-out documentation packages, tailored to meet the specific requirements of each tenancy and project scope.
Crocodile Hunter Lodge

Inspired by the legacy of Steve Irwin and his passion for wildlife and conservation, The Crocodile Hunter Lodge offers guests a luxury escape immersed in nature, in the heart of Australia Zoo.
Designed by WD Architects, the lodge’s striking reception building features indoor and outdoor fine dining, a bar, private function room, 25-metre pool, guest amenities, and administration facilities—all thoughtfully integrated within the natural landscape.
MEPTEC Engineers were proud to be appointed to deliver the mechanical engineering design documentation for this unique project, supporting the development of a world-class eco-tourism destination that blends comfort, functionality, and sustainability.
