SERVICE PROVIDE: ELECTRICAL DESIGN

  • One of Fortitude Valley’s most iconic heritage buildings is undergoing a sophisticated transformation. Behind its heritage-listed façade, the former GPO building is being revitalised into a three-level hospitality precinct by Artesian Group. The development will feature TAMA, an elevated restaurant spanning the ground and mezzanine levels, The Gatsby on the upper floor, and The Tax Office, a luxurious lounge experience.

    MEPTEC Engineers were appointed to deliver mechanical design and construction documentation supporting the complex building services integration behind the historical structure.

    Additionally, MEPTEC was engaged to provide comprehensive electrical design services for the high-end venue fit-outs.

Mosaic collaborated with internationally acclaimed Koichi Takada Architects to create a landmark collection of ultra-luxury penthouse-style residences and Sky Homes, inspired by Burleigh Heads’ breathtaking natural beauty and organic coastal surrounds.

  • Mosaic collaborated with internationally acclaimed Koichi Takada Architects to create a landmark collection of ultra-luxury penthouse-style residences and Sky Homes, inspired by Burleigh Heads’ breathtaking natural beauty and organic coastal surrounds.

    Spanning up to 482m² on a single level, each residence features meticulously crafted interiors, ultra-premium materials, and bespoke finishes that balance elegance with functionality—redefining coastal luxury.

    MEPTEC partnered in delivering full mechanical and electrical services design documentation for this iconic development.
