SUNSHINE COAST UNIVERSITY STAGE 2

Stage Two of the Sunshine Coast University Moreton Bay Campus continues the growth of this dynamic educational precinct, introducing a range of new facilities including:

MEPTEC Engineers were engaged to provide detailed 3D Revit construction drawings and lead clash coordination efforts to support the seamless delivery of Stage Two. Our work ensures the mechanical systems are fully integrated within the complex architectural and structural environment, supporting both functionality and future flexibility.
JINDABYNE CENTRAL SCHOOL

As part of the Snowy Mountains Special Activation Precinct, a new purpose-built education campus is being developed in Jindabyne, designed to serve the growing needs of the local community. The campus will feature two distinct schools—Jindabyne Public School and Jindabyne High School—each equipped with modern, future-focused facilities to support students, educators, and the wider region.
MEPTEC Engineers were appointed to deliver mechanical design engineering and detailed 3D Revit construction drawings to support the successful delivery of this transformative education project. Our work ensures the building services are integrated, efficient, and tailored to meet the demands of a contemporary learning environment
St AIDAN’S ANGLICAN GIRLS SCHOOL

As part of the school’s ongoing masterplan, St Aidan’s Anglican Girls’ School undertooka major refurbishment of the Le Fanu building block, enhancing its functionality and creating modern spaces to support students and staff.
MEPTEC Engineers were engaged to provide mechanical building services design and construction documentation for the project, including the development of a new cafeteria and upgrades to the existing building infrastructure.
St MARGARETS’S ANGLICAN GIRLS SCHOOL

In addition, our team has been appointed to deliver the building services design and engineering for the school’s proposed new cafeteria, supporting the creation of a modern, functional, and student-focused space that aligns with the school’s future growth and development plans.
